Acapulco Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp.
butter
- 3 Tbsp
flour
- 1-1/2 cups
milk
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz.)
DEL MONTE® Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn
- 1 can (8 oz.)
DEL MONTE Stewed Tomatoes with Onions, Celery & Green Peppers
- 1 cup
Longhorn Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (4 oz.)
green chilies, diced
- 1/4 cup
salsa

Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
- Stir in undrained corn; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; heat through. DO NOT BOIL
