Acapulco Burgers

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb.
ground beef
- 3/4 cup
onion, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.)
DEL MONTE® Tomato Sauce
- 1 pkg. (1-1/2 oz.)
chili seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz.)
DEL MONTE Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.)
kidney beans, drained
- 10 each
hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 1/2 head
lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
- Brown meat with onion. Drain fat.
- Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add corn and beans; heat through. To assemble burger, top each half of bun with chili mixture, lettuce and cheese.
