  • 1-1/2  lb.  ground beef
  • 3/4  cup  onion, chopped
  • 1  can (15 oz.)  DEL MONTE® Tomato Sauce
  • 1  pkg. (1-1/2 oz.)   chili seasoning mix
  • 1  can (15 1/4 oz.)  DEL MONTE Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn, drained
  • 1  can (15 oz.)  kidney beans, drained
  • 10  each  hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1/2  head  lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2  cup  Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

Directions

  1. Brown meat with onion. Drain fat.
  2. Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Add corn and beans; heat through. To assemble burger, top each half of bun with chili mixture, lettuce and cheese.

looks like a good recipe, but i need calories, carbs and fat per serving. in this day and age, it should be against the law to produce a recipe without the nutritional value.
